Above is an image of two women working out, doing resistance training. One pulls in one direction the other pulls in the opposite direction. Although it may seem counterproductive, the whole exercise builds strength. We so often meet resistance and encounter opposite  points of views and opinions, thinking that it is counterproductive, but Resistance builds strength. Resistance is good and tension is healthy, it is how we grow and it is how we get strong. So when you encounter resistance, look upon it as a chance to grow, the tension is healthy, "RESISTANCE IS GOOD!"
