When I was a kid, I used to love to catch all kinds of small creatures: bugs, lizards, frogs, butterflies, and bees. I would put them in jars with holes punch in the top of the lid. One of the hardest lessons, I had to learn at that young age was, if I did not "Let It Go" it would die. All that work and effort would just crawl or fly away and I would be left with an empty jar, but the act made me feel a sense of love for all things. As I got older, I realized the lesson was the difference between Love and Obsession: Love was willing to "Let Go" and Obsession would "Hold On" even if it eventually killed whatever it was. Love was freeing and Obsession was clinging. The difference between Love and Obsession can be very subtle and sometimes it is hard to know which side you are on. The lesson or the test is very simple: if you can "LET IT GO" you know it is LOVE. JUST OPEN THE JAR!
