"Tis The Season" is an expression we hear around the Christmas and New Year Holidays. However, there are traditions in every season of the year. Above is an image of a Wedding Dress in a store window. June is the traditional month for Weddings. The tradition for June Weddings dates back to Roman Times, when they celebrated the Festival of the roman god Juno and his wife Jupiter, who just happened to be the goddess of marriage and childbirth. As time went forward June was the month when Flowers became more available for the brides to be. Sometimes we may not realize why we do what we do when we do it, but we know it is "TIS THE SEASON!"
