It will refresh you, give you a little exercise, help you to enjoy the outdoors, and maybe even meet interesting people. All too often we cope ourselves up with inactivity, not wanting to do anything. However, just getting outside can relieve stress, cure our blues, and get us healthy. So sometime this week, get out and take "A WALK IN THE PARK!"
