Creating Inner Silence

Noise! Noise! Noise! We are surrounded by noise. If not from the TV or the traffic, then we create our own noise by plugging into our Phones. Yes, we choose to create our own NOISE! Noise can stress us and over tax our minds with over simulation. What we really need to do is create an Inner Silence. Find a quite place in the morning or in the evening when we can quite our mind. The sounds of nature in the morning or right before sunset produce peaceful sounds that quite us. We need to relax using breathing or just a calming word in our mind to get to that part of ourselves where there is the Inner Silence. You only need to spend 15 or 20 minutes in Inner Silence to find that inner peace. It is up to us to make time "CREATING INNER  SILENCE!"
